Hi, As a nurse myself, I understand that some days in healthcare can be challenging. However, part of our responsibility is to ensure we don’t project those emotions onto the patients we serve. Professionalism, a welcoming attitude, and simple kindness go a long way, especially in a setting where people often arrive feeling unwell or stressed. No one wants to be greeted or cared for by someone who appears frustrated, disengaged, or unhappy in their role. During my visit today 1/20/26 between 245p-320p, I was assisted at the front desk by a young African American woman whose name I unfortunately did not get. Her demeanor suggested she may have been having a difficult day. I was greeted with a straight face, no smile, no eye contact, and overall poor customer service. The interaction felt

This morning, the CareNow crew was terrific. Starting at the front desk, Nurse Yvonne Osei Tutu, MA, and Doctor Oyindamola Wemimo took care of my mom with such care, as if it were their own mom. Wonderful people, so easy to work with!! Everyone here is extremely kind and caring. I haven't been to the doctor in six years and have social anxiety, but everyone here was so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

I took my mom for an injury she had with a cat. Paula is absolutely delightful and made the experience as enjoyable and easy as possible. Would recommend just for Paula, she’ll take great care of you and put a smile on your face while she’s at it. :)

I cannot speak to the professionalism of the team, but my experience with the scheduling and time management of this office was disappointing. I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment, only to wait an additional hour past my appointment time, all for a visit that lasted no more than three minutes. While I understand that unforeseen delays can occur in medical settings, the level of inefficiency I experienced suggests a lack of respect for patients' time. It is common for medical offices to run behind schedule, but that does not mean it should be accepted as the norm.
