Everything was great the doctor who did my exam, the front office and the assistant. Then they sent me on my way with no glasses no prescription that you usually get. I called a few times and no one calls back. I’m have terrible headaches due the old glasses I’m wearing. Making a complaint with insurance going somewhere else. Who does this? Sends you out with no glasses?

Went to pick up my elderly mothers glasses and they went to the bank and left nobody there for assistance. Was told to return in an hour which I did and they went out a second time and I wasn’t able to get my mothers prescription glasses because I have to take care of her and my time is valuable because I have to take care of her. The staff that was there acted like they didn’t care and were so dismissive to me that I am thinking of finding an alternative location for my mother. Just Aweful

We had the worse experience at Carelon Downey on 10/10/2024 with a horrible Nurse Practicioner. It's truly a crime having him work there with elderly people.

I have had to take my lens bc I has anti glare buy u still see glares I paid for a new frame they file down the lens and nothing has changed
