I've been with my doctor for 7 years now, definitely thr best doctor I've had in decades, but the staff at Caremed are lazy, I needed dictated copy of M.R.I., which is an absolute right under the Patient Care ACT. The receptionist makes me to feel that I am lying when I show proof of any allegation, literally was begging for my copies a week before and up to the morning of the specialist appointment, I called telling them i needed this report for the specialist I was seeing g that morning g, I wad promised it would be ready, I get there, no receptionist for 5 mi uses I'm waiting on someone with a taxi waiting outside to take me to the specialist, another 4 minutes when the front desk finally comes back and told to wait, I explained I had acab was waiting outside and the report should

My mom went to Dr. Patil, I’ve been going for 30 years and never EVER did I get called a liar but today Dr. patils Administrator threw me out of the practice. She was pure Ugliness pure. I loved Linda she turn like the rest of them. A Professional complaint is written for the Administrator who called me a liar. Stay away! They are all nuts except Dr. Patil. They are rude, not professional at all!

I have been a patient of Dr Ali in the Coram location years. Recently we moved to Patchogue and thought that it would be more convenient to go to that office. I have extremely- dangerously high blood pressure- stroke levels- that is managed well with the medication I take. However, if I'm off to it for more then a day or so, it goes way up. I called Patchogue CareMed today to schedule an appointment- since they require me to an office visit every 3 months. I only have a 2 day supply of HBP remaining. The receptionist who took my call was extremely rude. Due to their office hours- and my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to be seen for a week.
