DO THIS AS YOUR LAST RESORT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES. I hurried and made an appointment at 532 due to my son possibly having cellulitis in his eye (he is 2). Our doctor office said they didn’t have any appointments and that it was too serious to wait till the morning. This office is right around the corner from me so I thought this would make more sense to do instead of going to a children’s urgent care. I wish I would’ve just gone to children’s urgent care because I would’ve waited the same amount of time. Let me reiterate my son is 2 so it didn’t take long being in that room for him to get antsy, bored and try to get into everything. Not once did the front desk person say that we could do this from my phone. Instead, I had to find him and ask if there’s anyway we can get a tim

No nurse or doctor are present… they take your temperature give you a covid test and send you home. Results will be a couple days. How did this help me feel better or prevent further spread? It didn’t… but they billed me. Just do a teledoc appointment on your own no need to get “Urgent” treatment.

My experience here was so horribly profound I actually want a refund for even going up there. Before I ever left my home I called this urgent care and I spoke a woman who told and ensured me that I would be able to get the treatment I needed then when I spent 16$ too go to the urgent care on reading mind you with an appointment set she tells me that they can’t help me because they don’t have a phychican on site. Then sent me too the one in kenwood after once again telling me that there was a physician available (she even went as far as picking up the phone too “call them”) just for me too waste another 12$ on uber. This is ridiculous there’s no good reason to be lying too someone who actually needs help and then for her to be someone who’s at the first desk is even crazier. I will never go

Really awesome and friendly place. My visit was a walk in, and I was signed in, helped, seen and treated all within 30 mins from arrival. Patient care and customer service are important to this location, hands down one of the best urgent cares I've been too. Rachel the front desk and MA is above average and I hope she is compensated appropriately!! Highly recommended. (Seriously, I was nervous about this visit due to some of the testing required and they made me feel like it was okay and helped me stay calm during a not-so-fun time). Will definitely come back if need to in the future.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent appointment. I give a zero Star review if I could While the waiting room temperature was comfortable, the exam room was extremely hot—well over 80 degrees. This was uncomfortable and concerning, especially as excessive heat can contribute to the spread of germs and illness. Additionally, I was not informed ahead of time that my appointment would be conducted as a telehealth visit. Had I known this in advance, I would not have scheduled an in-person appointment. Finally, there was a significant delay before the provider joined the visit, and it was unclear who the provider was or what their credentials were. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.
