The staff was very accurate and nice. And the Dr seemed very educated & seemed like a great guy, he answered all my questions & was very thorough with everything. I got in quick & they heard me out w/ all of my concerns, they were patient with me aswell .anyway they got me outta there in a timely manner. I Got my prescriptions quickly and that was that. I will be back for any other issues I have. Thanks to the staff that was there on Tuesday daytime. They were great! Dr was so cute too.

Your facility has always been my go-to for those "Do I have___?" situations where I don't know if I am too sick to teach the next day. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and willing to answer my questions. Not all urgent care places are like that. Thank you for being top-notch in a world that isn't always that way. 🙂

First, I walk in and it's dead silent to the point that you can hear every word that the doctor and nurses say to the patients in the patients all the way from the lobby. When I mentioned I could hear the diagnosis and treatment plan of one of the patients and they probably needed a white noise machine so that they aren't violating HIPAA, they could not have been less concerned. Then the place was dirty. When I had to use the bathroom, there was urine from old urine samples all over the paper towel/urine sample rack. Place was filthy. Then the doctor was very unprofessional. Was dancing and joking and seemed to not know what she was doing. They took my blood in unlabeled vials. Then no one ever called me about my test results. I tried to call them and no one answered. I took my sick teenager here with the flu. He was really not feeling well. I expected to be dismissed amd told to take him home to rest. I really just wanted reassurance that his symptoms weren't too serious. We were treated with such compassion and understanding from the frint desk to the provider. We really felt taken care of and they were able to give him meds that had him on his way to feeling better before we left! Thank you so much!

We were in a particular situation with my 11 year old son's medication. His provider, that has been providing his meds for the last FIVE YEARS! (MONTHLY) just up and left the practice she was in WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, and he ran out of meds! I couldn't get them, or find her for anything! The staff here at Carefirst Urgent Care, worked quickly and efficiently to not only get the meds refilled, but to make sure they were sent to the pharmacy ASAP so they could be received and filled within a hour!! They even told me that if there were any issues, that I could still call them AFTER HOURS, and they would be there to help work out the kinks if necessary. They were welcoming and so very friendly, and it eased this Mama Bear's anxiety so very well. And MOST importantly, made sure my baby didn't hav
