CareFirst Urgent Care - Colerain South

The staff was very professional. They took really good care of me. I love the fact that my results were back the next day. I also like the fact that they were independent. The other urgent care centers are not. I will definitely go back to CareFirst urgent care in the future!! Also other urgent care places take 3 days for results. Thank you.

TLDR: This place blows My girlfriend and I had both had fevers and flu symptoms for five days before we finally broke down and went to this urgent care. After we got called back to the room and waited for a while, the first nurse comes in wearing ugg boots and talking on the phone. She does not acknowledge us directly while she holds up the blood pressure cuff or the blood oximeter which we all but have to administer ourselves. She continues talking on the phone until she doesn’t have the information her life insurance company needs, at which point she says to them “I’m gonna put you on mute, I’m moving around a lot right now” then she looks at me and says “they be pissing me off”. She then turns and starts digging through the medical supplies on the counter behind her then looks at us an

Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. I definitely recommend going to them. Everyone was so nice and I was definitely just in and out.

This place is trash I went in over the weekend to be seen the lady wearing the brown house slippers was rude and acted as if I was a burden to her she kept me waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes while on her phone the lady at check in said she’s ready and she never even bother looking up she didn’t speak when she called me back let alone even do my vitals just set me in the room not sure what her name is cause she wasn’t even wearing a name tag NOT to mention I was giving the run around about my prescription I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I’m still sick as a dog!
