CareFirst Urgent Care - Colerain North

My experience with the staff members was most pleasant. Each person welcome me as I arrived. I was waited on immediately, filled out all the paperwork. My wait time for the examine room was no more than 10. I would definitely recommend your facility any type of urgent care.

Went there yesterday morning very confused and scared! Had noted on my chart my symptoms.... Swelling on the left side of my skull..... Nausea was not able to drive the day before.....! Didn't even take my vitals??? I was very confused and scared at the time to only be blown off and yelled at! I had to call back at the office and say I think you need to take my vital so I don't feel right and then I got screamed at! I highly advise you not to go to this urgent Care

Took my daughter there yesterday at 9am for symptoms resembling either flu or strep throat. She was tested for Covid, strep, and Flu B. At first they came in and told us that she had tested positive for Covid. Then they come back and tell us they read the test wrong and she’s actually positive for flu B. They say they are going to send a prescription for Tamiflu. I called the pharmacy at 4 And still no prescription. I call back to the urgent care, the first two times the phone went to a voicemail that was full or to hold music and then I got hung up on. The third time, I finally got in contact with somebody who said that The Internet had been down and they would get it sent right over. When I left work at 7:30 PM, I went to the pharmacy and still no prescription. It is now 7:30 AM the next

This is the only urgent care my daughters and I go to! Staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The physicians are amazing as well They are Very knowledgeable, they definitely don’t rush and are extremely thorough. I love the check in online option as I do that and once I arrive we usually go back within minutes. This office usually gets you right in and out, they don’t leave you sitting for hours like I’ve done elsewhere. Keep up the exceptional work!!!

No one even at the front desk to help you cause she got mad that people kept coming in so she just walked away and never returned. Go somewhere else if you actually need to be treated for an illness. Because your illness is just an inconvenience to the nit wit at their front desk.
