Delays of this length can be extremely concerning, especially for individuals who rely on consistent dosing to manage their health conditions. For patients who require urgent medication or cannot afford to miss doses, I would not recommend using this service. Reliable and timely delivery of prescriptions is essential for maintaining proper treatment and overall well-being.

This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I initially assumed this was a scam until I saw multiple reviews describing the exact same experience. My order was never processed, despite repeated outreach on my end. Only after that was my card charged and was given with a delivery date 5 weeks out!?!??? Now, three weeks later, I’m receiving text messages claiming they “can’t reach the provider.” This level of incompetence in handling medication orders is alarming. I had already received diagnoses for a couple of chronic health conditions, and I was managing them with both natural and western medicine. I just had my Doctor submit my first prescription for LDN. CareFirst provided unbelievable service. They texted me within 20 minutes after receiving my RX. I called them, and they walked me through their process. They had my prescription ready and shipped it within 3 days. I love the text and email notifications, and the pricing was also great.

Shockingly terrible service. Beyond it taking weeks to even ship my script, it got hung up by UPS (not their fault). What was their fault was when I emailed repeatedly for a week to inquire about it obviously having been lost by UPS, they ignored me until I put in the subject line I would reverse the charge on my CC. Subsequently, I let them know in writing 3x that if the replacement was not going to be overnighted, I needed to give them a new address as we were leaving. The CSR kept replying with various info and each time I would let her know this. Despite this, she shipped it to arrive two day ground - the day after we left. Also super annoying that for 3 weeks after I placed my order and paid, they continued to send repeat reminders to “refill” a prescription I hadn’t even received in
