I have been experiencing ear discomfort for quite some time & found this office on ZocDoc. I scheduled an appointment thinking I would just resolve my ear issue and be on my way. Wrong. But I am so glad I was wrong. Not only did my ear issue get resolved but I had THE best visit with NP Janet today. She sat with me for over an hour and talked about all my concerns. She truly cares about her patients and wants to help. I am happy to say I have found my new primary care home. I highly recommend Ms. Janet to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, understanding and truly helpful provider that will make you feel SEEN and HEARD. ❤️

Janet Jolly was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly. She sat with me to review my results and made me feel truly heard and cared for. Tagreed, who assisted with my blood work, was wonderful very kind and skilled. I barely felt the needle. Overall, a great experience.

Complaint Regarding Quality of Care and Billing Practices I am writing to express significant concerns regarding the quality of care I have received at your practice, particularly in recent months, and to address a persistent billing issue. I initially chose this practice over a year ago due to prompt availability for appointments and was generally satisfied with the care provided by the previous nurse practitioner. I have, however, never had the opportunity to meet the doctor. My recent experiences with the new nurse practitioner have been highly unsatisfactory. I first noticed a decline in care when accompanying my daughter to an appointment a few months ago. From the moment I walked in, Veronica made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything step by step—from “You’ll feel some heat” to “Let me know if the pressure is too much.” I felt completely at ease on the massage bed, and the heated mattress just melted me into relaxation. In just an hour, it felt like nine months of built-up stress and tension had been lifted. She found every knot and tight spot instantly—I walked in with my shoulders practically up to my ears and left with them finally resting where they should be. I didn’t even realize how much tension I was holding until she worked her magic. If you're booking, do yourself a favor and add cupping and hot stones. It feels so damn good

I always have a great experience here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming along with being helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The clinic itself is always clean and inviting. They always have great festive music to keep the mood light!
