CareCore At Montgomery

I would not recommend CareCore Montgomery to anyone seeking safe, attentive, and dignified care for a loved one. Since late 2025, my family has observed ongoing conditions that raised serious concerns about sanitation, food safety, infection control, staffing, therapy decisions, and overall quality of care. These issues appeared to be systemic rather than isolated incidents. Food and beverage safety were deeply concerning. The juice machine used for residents was visibly filled with mold. There were also serious sanitation issues involving the ice machine used for resident drinks, including sewage related contamination. Multiple residents experienced vomiting, yet it was unclear whether appropriate reporting, investigation, or corrective action occurred. These conditions directly impact

Carecore Montgomery is awesome! The facility is clean and well kept, The nursing staff is amazing, very caring, hard working, and always do the best to take care of the residents. The wound nurse Heather is very friendly and does such a great job everyday. Thank you Carecore Montgomery for ALL that you do!!

Ohg there's only the BEST wound nurse HEATHER I can't explain how good is and have been. Good Good and Good and there even more about her. YAH YAH YAH......

This is one of the cleanest nursing homes I have seen. The staff is caring and kind and go above and beyond. They will address concerns promptly and will answer questions clearly. The nurses are extraordinary with their care and the nurse aids treat your family like they would there own. Amanda, Tina, Haley and Cheyenne not only have taken the best care of my father they have done everything they can to support myself and my family.

After touring a few places we decided on this location the staff helped us find the best way and how to navigate the hard world of insurance. We are very blessed to have been given a recommendation to go look at this location. Thank you to the staff!
