Care Options for Kids

Our son went here before they were bought out by another owner and it used to be great, but watch out for that parking lot. My son repeatedly ran out in front of traffic and his therapists would let him go, despite request after request for them to keep him closer. It's not a safe entrance.

This location boasts a fantastic company culture and a highly dedicated team. The staff consistently prioritizes each patient's individual needs, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness, kindness, and a commitment to providing informative care. Their patient outcomes consistently rank among the best in the Keller area!

If I could give a negative number I would, We were approved, then the RBT they assigned for her decided not to return from Maternity leave. We waited nearly a YEAR to get back in with them, went thru the evaluation, and were TURNED DOWN because our daughter is "Too Medically Needy" becuase shes has 2 spinal untething surgeries and does OT and PT every week. Also shes incontinent due to kidney and bladder issues because she has Spina Bifida and they said that changing her was not a good option for them as well. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This therapy center is in the business of making money. They charge $10 for every 5 minutes that you are late to bring your child in. No exception. Zero compassion. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this type of business. Billing department is disorganized and over charge for services. Missing piece sold to Care Option for kids. They are not the same business anymore. Missing Piece was great. Care Option for kids is trash.

Money hungry facility. Steer clear if you know what's best for you.
