Staff at both Care One (Cortez Blvd and on County Line) were absolutely amazing. Lori, APRN (Cortez blvd) was very caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Just amazing. Sarah, APRN (County line) superb, incredible and amazing. Both Care One facilities (I hope) should be recognized for their caring, politeness , patience and professionalism from the time I checked in to the time one of the staff members wheeled me out to my vehicle. Thank you to both facilities for everything.

I had a great experience during my recent urgent care visit. The staff was professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout the entire process. X-rays were completed promptly, and the provider took time to clearly explain my arthritis diagnosis. I appreciated the thorough treatment plan and the discussion of additional treatment options if my pain cannot be managed with Tylenol. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident about next steps. Thank you for the excellent care.

All staff were helpful, kind, and productive. I was seen quickly and had a prescription sent less than an hour from making the appointment online. The holiday decor (Valentine's day) was a wonderful touch. I loved the checkout desk too. The entire office is clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care!

Linda and her student assistant along with the triage nurse and the nurse that did my injection were very helpful and pleasant. Great experience. Office staff was also prompt and courteous no complaints. Great experience for an unexpected urgent care trip. Keep doing what your doing ladies it is appreciated.

I was able to make an appointment within the hour of needing to be seen for both of my children. They were seen 1/28/26. They took us back within 5 minutes of being there. We were seen and given discharge paperwork within 45 minutes. Staff was super friendly and caring. And I wasn’t charged thousands of dollars! I would definitely go back to that urgent care again! They have amazing staff!
