Went to Care New England at the Butler Campus after being referred to Dr. Matson by my primary care physician. Arrived on 02/25/26 at 8:30 am for a 9:15 am appointment because it was two days after the biggest snow storm in RI’s recent history. Upon entering, you are met by a kiosk with a sign directing you to “self check in”. After entering my personal information, the kiosk located my appointment and then displayed on the screen that it was too early to check in and to please be seated and wait for my name to be called. I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room for 50 MINUTES. NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE EVER GREETED ME. NO ONE said hello, good morning, who are you here to see, etc… ZERO HUMAN interaction. I was here for a cross fit injury about twelve years ago and the staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Now I'm taking my girlfriend here to recover from knee surgery and it's the same. Her therapist, Chris is great. So good at what he does and couldn't be nicer.

Caring staff....facility is beautifully set up. Very calming atmosphere.

Doc's are great& everything is so uniform
