Care Medical Center

My last appointment was scheduled for 8:15A. Assuming I was one the first appointments for the day, I did not see the staff member until 9:00A. The appointment was rather pointless and concluded in 15 minutes after a co-pay of $60. This is not the first time I was disappointed at this facility. I will not be making any additional appointments and will seek other treatment facilities.

I have been going to Care Medical in Douglas Ga for almost a year now. Each time i went the staff at the front desk is very nice. The ladies that work in the back Kacie Johnson and not sure what the other ladies name is are not very nice. Last Week i went again to receive injection in my knee by Kacie Johnson. She was so rude and in a terrible mood so i called today and cancelled my next appt and i dont intend on going back there.

Dr. Patel was very thorough and kind. The office staff is very kind and helpful. Nam and Tiara are wonderful to work with. Very kind and makes you feel like family! I would highly recommend Care Medical for all of your physical therapy needs.

I am utterly appalled by my experience, especially after reading the glowing reviews. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but it quickly became clear that those reviews were nothing but a facade. The staff is shockingly rude and dismissive, spending far more time gossiping than engaging with patients. As for the doctor—presumably Dr. Kristen, though I could be mistaken—her behavior was disgraceful. Pregnant or not, her bedside manner was abysmal; she barely acknowledged my presence, let alone addressed my concerns. It was painfully obvious that the entire team was in a rush to leave for the day and took their frustration out on me. I love going here, because of the experience and wonderful atmosphere that works there.. But they need a bigger space for sure, getting busier with No more room to grow!! 💜🩷❤️💙 Janice Jones
