Care Dental Center

The care I received was exceptional. The office manager put my payment anxiety at ease by promising to find plan that would work for me - and she did. The dentist and his assistant were both gentle and made sure to prepare me well each time a new procedure was coming up. I've never had such good care at a medical office.

My journey with them came at a time with a “emergency situation”. They were able to give me an appointment the same day. Thank GOD! I needed some extensive work done which proved to be beyond my budget. In steps Mz Gloria with some financial options that hadn't expected. Once again, thank GOD! They assigned me Dr Petcu & he is proving to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable & personable. I’m still in the process of this dental adventure, but I feel comfortable with process . The front desk ladies have been gracious. Big shout out to Esmeralda! The ladies headed by Mz Gloria even babysit my fur baby, Angel. Thank you Care Dental Center for providing me a updated “grill”.

Love the staff very nice and friendly. And Dr Petcu has good bedside manner. Have time to explain to patient what needs to be to be done and answer questions politely. Clarisa, Ashley, Jenny, Jen , Esme, Jessica and Isaiah are all nice and attentive to patients and of course to me.

Will reschedule you multiple times just to make you wait for over 40 minutes. When you do eventually get called back they are rushing you to agree with whatever they say and get out. It seems like they tack on any extra charge they can to make a quick buck off of you.Two dentist were literally arguing while I was in the chair.

I’m new to Care Dental, but everybody made me feel right at home especially Gloria. She was amazing to work with and I love Dr. Chang, I am having a new upper denture plate made, and he seems very knowledgeable and keeps me informed of what’s going on each visit ,I am waiting to see how everything goes. But so far so good. Glad I found this place.🙏
