I already left a 5 star review for Dr. Geohas on his name (great experience - fit me in when needed and took a lot of time). My personal experience at this office has been very positive. They still answer a call for the medical assistant option OR you can leave a voice mail. You can also reach them via the Honor Health myChart these days (Jan 2026). Being able to actually reach and hear back from medical personnel when you are talking about heart issues is huge to me. We did have to wait a bit for our appointment but I think with specialists some people unexpectedly take longer (and I may have been one of them as I ended up with bad results even when I am young and in shape).

This place used to be top notch when I started with them almost 15 years ago. It has gone to absolute trash in the past few months. It's no wonder the waiting room is now empty in the middle of the day. Constant reschedules, then they canceled my echo and leg ultrasound due to "customer canceled by voicemail". #1 no I didnt! #2 I wouldn't do anything by voicemail with you people, you never return them. Also took 3 attempts over 2 weeks, by my pharmacy, to get a simple eliquis refill and I still had to call and wait on hold for 45 min. It's a shame. I've canceled all my future appointments. Im a small business owner, I don't work I don't get paid. I don't have enough time for your constant mistakes and reschedules. I bet noone down there even cares, the front desk lady sure didnt. Amazing! I am so thankful for Dr.Geohas and his staff. Wonderful care. Amazing customer service. Great bed side manner. Your heart is in great hands here! I can’t rave enough about how awesome they are.

I've called 2 days in a row to see why my prescription hasn't been filled. CVS never received a response either. I've left several messages. Someone's not doing their job and it's very disappointing. Im still waiting on my prescription and a return call from CVC. I'll be looking for another doctor if they dont respond soon!

Dr. Gupta is very personable but we can never get in to see him. Third time my husband who owns his own company and has been involuntarily rescheduled since we last saw him. The staff are not helpful and sound bored when I've explained nothing in the medical plan is panning out, which adds insult to injury here. I don't know how to get the help that he needs. We paid 2000 for an echo he already did in office and the PET was another test he was referred for that was declined by insurance. Now we cant seem to get any answers. Every appointment is canceled or not enough staff and we are moved out another couple weeks to a month.
