Cardiovascular Center

I’ve been sitting in this facility for six hours today, accompanying a family member having a procedure done. My advice: Ask your doc to choose another provider. Entrance door broken. Techs/nurses wandering up and down the halls chatting with one another about their personal lives and cussing. No receptionist on duty to assist family members. No information on the status of your loved one- after 3 hours someone came out and told each of us waiting an update within the ear shot of each other. I can clearly hear all the medical information about other patients being discussed, including HIPPA- regulated private information. Heard a tech arguing with a patient. Never got the chance to speak with my loved one before taken back. Bathrooms broken, and not even a water cooler if you need a drink

Overbooked their surgerys. Waiting room was standing room only. Most of these patients are elderly and unsteady on there feet. In this time of covid this is unacceptable. Then when they got all they could into rooms. They told the rest of us we would have a 2-2and a half hour wait before they had any more rooms available. No provisions made for diabetic who had not eaten

Treated me well! Made procedure an easy experience.
