I was realy lleaswd with dr. Still himself. A prpcedure had been scheduled fir tomorrow, and a wkman named cassie from his office called me around 2. Stating my insurance denied my procedure, that she didnt get anywhere with them and I should call my insurance. So I did, and i got their reasoning. When i called cassie back, she had a very big attitude and was very snippy with me. I had to remind her that I am the patient. She was extremely unprofessional.

I have been a patient here for 18 yrs on and off. The Doctors are the best around and their staff take very good care of you. I hope that you dont need them; but if you do, they've got your back.

Dr Still is fine but the office staff is a bit rude, you must call them to make sure all of your appt times and dates are exact.
