Cardiology of Heart and Health Medical Plainview

Upon arriving for my appointment, I was charged $50 before the doctor even saw me. I do not have a copayment and my deductible for the year was already met. I should have questioned it at the time, but I did not. That said when I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance company I did Not in fact owe $50 I called the office and the first thing the girl said to me was that she didn’t even know why I was charged $50. She then went on to say I could keep it as a credit for my next visit to the office or get a refund. Since I had no intention of using that office again I opted for the refund. She said they would get me out a check in the next couple of weeks and even asked me to verify my mailing address. Months went by and I never received the refund so I called them back and th
