Cardiology Care Consultants - North Mesa

I called to reschedule my appointment and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The representative (Priscila) I spoke with was extremely difficult from the beginning and did not seem willing to help find a solution. The conversation escalated unnecessarily, and she eventually began raising her voice and yelling at me, which was very unprofessional. I understand that policies exist and schedules can be tight, but there is never a reason to speak to a patient/customer that way. I simply wanted assistance rescheduling. I hope management addresses this, because communication and basic respect make a big difference in customer experience.

I have moved back to El Paso and needed a cardiologist to help me manage my care …. I was able to get an appointment quickly and received excellent attention from each person from start to completion of my appointment today. My prescriptions have already been called in and ready to pick up! My next follow up appointment has been scheduled. Dr. Mendez Martinez and his team were professional and helpful. My experience has been excellent! I feel confident that my new connection with this team is the RIGHT choice for me!

Dr. Cota and his staff from entering the office are professional. Upon entering to get weighed and blood pressure taken staff was professional. Once let into a room Dr. Cota presented himself very professional. He looked over my labs advised that the numbers looked good. I shouldn't worry too much on some of them being high. He then advised that if I had any other questions he'd see me in another year.

Without a doubt, today's first visit to Cardiology Care center was a big surprise. They got me in before I could even finish initial paperwork. Zuli was amazing with her courtesy and professionalism. The ladies up front were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Taveras seems to know his stuff and answered all my questions and gave me advice.

The staff is very effective in communicating your concerns or requests to the doctor, and they always follow up to ensure your requests or concerns were properly addressed.
