Dr. Cardinal was especially wonderful in addressing any issues that came up for me and suggesting helpful solutions. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr Karrie and Liz are great coaches. They really want what is best for you and want you to achieve your goals weather it is in weight loss or life in general. They keep you motivated to do the work that you need to do to succeed. Dieting never tasted so good. The dark chocolate mini bars are great.
