Cardiac Testing Centers - Baptist South MOB 3

Outstanding medical facility! The receptionists and medical staff are top-drawer. I was greeted and checked in with a smile and was called back for my echocardiogram within 5 minutes of my appointment time. How rare is that? My Sonographer was wonderfully accommodating, fast, and efficient. The exam room was maintained at a comfortable temperature; not as cold as a meat locker like many medical offices. Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish.

Only giving 3 stars due to the very good Ultrasound techs. They were kind, understanding, and did a great job. I visited today for appointments at 8, 9, and 10. Two ultrasounds at 8 and 10, and a stress test at 9. They got me back for both ultrasounds early, which is great, because I waited two and a half hours for the stress test. They got me in and out but only after a ton of waiting and general indifference to the wait of over 2 hours. Pretty sure they forgot about me. Would not recommend.

The technicians were amazing. There was one technician that played 70s music and has the best bedside manner. He is perfect for his job. I remember him from years ago of having the same test done. That’s how he stands out. He does his job well.

This facility was amazing! From checking in to the completion of testing everyone was friendly and efficient. I was made to feel comfortable during all phases of testing with questions being answered by each individual. I would highly recommend this facility to all my friends and family!

Clean and staff is very professional and friendly. Had two tests performed and everything was explained to me throughout the process. Very happy with the process.
