Carbon Health Urgent Care Thousand Oaks

This is my first time visiting Carbon, and I am completely satisfied: -Julie took my appointment yesterday on the phone very nicely and patiently since I never knew I could even make an appointment with an urgent care center; -Julie herself received me today, and before long, Ann took care of me also in an amiable manner, and prepped me for the doctor; and -Dr Hunt came in then, with very efficient skills, she examined my ear, found out the little infection, and prescribed me the meds! I picked up the meds in the nearby CVS, and applied it right away after getting home. The whole care cost me just $8. Compared to my traditional HMO way: I requested an ENT doctor referral, but was told by my family doctor’s office that I should go to her first, then, the problem is: I couldn’t get an appoin

The people at Walmart pharmacy on ventu pray in Newbury Patk are outstanding in their jobs. Today, Hannah greeted us by our names and was able to assist with new prescriptions and straightened out a prescription I was having trouble refilling. She even reached out to the Dr. to clarify the issue i was having. she is wonderfully professional, kind and knows her ‘stuff’ . Heidi the pharmacist was outstanding in Michael’s absence (vacation) as my husband was facing a complicated list of medications that needed to be explained thoroughly. She did excellent job. Kausani also assisted with getting medications organized for us on a very timely basis. Super job all around!! thank you for hiring such amazing people.

This is our second time needing to go to Carbon urgent care. We went about 6 months ago with a 4yo and today we had to go again with our 8 month old and our now 5 year old. Great service every single time. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Dr. Liu is attentive and really observes the patients and takes the symptoms into consideration. We hope we don’t need to come back soon but great service every time.

The staff at Carbon Health were very professional, friendly and efficient. The reception area was clean and well appointed. The receptionist gathered my information, and I was brought to a very clean and pleasant exam room. The nurse took her time to gather my medical history and to take a photograph of my injury. The Doctor came to ask me some pertinent information about my injury, and to closely examine my injury. He made a diagnosis, and rendered treatment and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy!!! I highly recommend Carbon Health Care.

Carlos took my vitals and was very thorough with explaining everything to me and not skipping any steps. He was very caring and friendly. I saw Dr. Hunt and she was also very friendly, made me feel comfortable, listened to and took seriously my concerns. Offered referrals and over all came off as genuinely caring of my health. The whole process was very fast - 30min with two people ahead of me when I got here.
