Great service, from the healthcare worker MA I believe Gavin is his name. Great guy who communicated amazingly, very kind and warm environment. Even with the provider who seen me was awesome and she was great to communicate with. Highly recommend others to come here.

I had a great experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care - Santa Monica. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient everything was. The staff was very professional, friendly, and organized. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and they handled everything quickly without rushing me. The whole visit was smooth and easy. If you need urgent care in Santa Monica, I definitely recommend this location!

Before visiting, I called in advance specifically to ask whether preventative testing would be covered at 100% under California’s ACA-mandated preventive care rules for insured patients. Your staff acknowledged that this should be the case, confirmed my insurance was valid, and advised me to come in—while noting uncertainty around how billing might be handled. At the clinic: My insurance was initially entered incorrectly by the front desk and falsely marked as “not accepted,” which was later acknowledged as an input error. I needed to get Urgent Care checkup. The office staff was super kind and helpful when I entered. It was easy to get scheduled and seen within minutes. The facility is very nicely designed and clean. The medical team were professional, kind and ensured my care and treatment. Explained the options and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend going to this urgent care to anyone in the Santa Monica area.
