Carbon Health Urgent Care Roseville

I was so happy to find this walk-in urgent care facility so close to my daughters house! The PA, Marie, her medical assistant, Kayla and the receptionist were all so welcoming and professional. I didn't have to wait long before being called in, maybe 10-15 minutes at most and then the assistant reviewed vital information and the PA entered within minutes. The team was very helpful when I had a bad time with the inhaled medication as it made me cough a lot, but their presence was greatly appreciated and the medication really worked. I feel I received the best of care from people who genuinely cared.

Had a great experience at Carbon Urgent Care on Sunrise. We walked in for ingrown toenails--a serious issue for a diabetic. Afterward we made a recommended follow up appt 3 days later. Their medical providers were thorough, took their time, prescribed meds and recommended some care techniques. We were especially impressed by Manny! We've found our Urgent Care home finally. Highly recommend.

Overall decent experience. Front desk was not overly friendly, she seemed ready to leave. Both nurses who helped me were nice, I did feel a little bit like my symptoms being described weren't being taken seriously at one point but I get that what I was describing was sort of vague and probably hard to pinpoint. I appreciate I was able to get two services offered here, a chest xray, and an EKG without having to go to an ER. I'm unable to get into my PCP for months so coming here and being in and out in about an hour was great. There was a little lack of communication about my chest xray results, but I do appreciate the website and access to my records and tests. The interior is clean but it does seem like it needs a little TLC in spots. I would come back here if I needed to in the future.

Thankfully, the amazing team at the counter welcomed me right away with their usual kindness and politeness. They truly listen to your needs. The service was prompt and on time, which I really appreciate. My doctor, Maria, is just fantastic! She’s so helpful and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel confident and well taken care of during my routine check-ups. I can confidently say I love this place for my annual check-ups and have NEVER been disappointed. I will definitely be a loyal customer and highly recommend Carbon Health to everyone.

Sent by my work, 100% better than previous company is was sent before. Have x-ray on site was so convenient too. Probably a better waiting area is needed compared to current minimalist installation art that is the few seats, but I guess an attempt and controlling spread of coughing.
