Carbon Health Urgent Care Pasadena

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent visit to Carbon Health Urgent Care. The check-in process is the most efficient I have ever experienced in an urgent care setting. Even without a scheduled appointment, the walk-in process was incredibly smooth — the receptionist only needed my ID, insurance card, and phone number. In other urgent care clinics, the paperwork and bureaucracy can be overwhelming, especially when you’re sick and in pain. Carbon Health truly has the best check-in process I’ve seen. Dr. Brian Daniel exemplifies professionalism and compassion. He was kind, attentive, and treated me with the utmost respect, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. His thoughtful approach to my treatment made a meaningful difference

The staff at the Pasadena store is absolutely amazing. I live in Yorba Linda, which is a 15 minute drive from Pasadena and I have used that clinic twice in the past month. I have a client in the Pasadena and I chose not to go to the Placentia Urgent Care but what until I was in the Pasadena area to see the doctor. Dr. Brian is the best physician I have ever seen in my 59 years. He has an incredible bedside manner and a compassionate heart. You are so lucky to have such an incredible doctor on your staff. I truly believe that he needs to train doctors and staff members on how to treat patients. He is absolutely incredible.

Worse place to get care. I had a scheduled appointment for a urine drug screen at 10:30 a.m. Despite arriving on time, receptionist Paula Marquez informed me that I would be required to wait approximately two hours before being seen because she is doing receptionist, also giving injections and doing procedures. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager regarding this matter, Ms. Marquez declined my request and refused to provide any contact information or guidance on how to file a formal complaint. Her actions were dismissive, unprofessional, and demonstrated poor customer service, especially given the importance of timely completion of medical and employment-related testing. I expect to be treated with respect, transparency, and professionalism when attending a scheduled app

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was fast, professional, and thorough, with clear and detailed communication throughout my visit. I felt listened to, well cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. The process was efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Overall, a very positive experience.

Prompt, courteous and efficient check-in. Medical staff were that and more - compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. I had trepidation about an urgent care visit but it was quick and easy. I was very impressed with the experience and most of all with all the staff. Thank you!
