Carbon Health Urgent Care Monroe

Was up ALL night with debilitating knee pain/spasms from back to toe! Made my appointment at 2:03am! That is a wonderful feature!  Went in for my appointment, was seen almost immediately and left with a peace of mind. Receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The ladies doing the preliminary interview reasons for my visit were thorough. Dr Costa explained to me what she felt was my issue, prescribed meds and referred me where to follow up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The staff were extremely helpful. The PA explained everything clearly and didn’t rush the visit. The reception gentleman bent over backwards to accommodate me! I highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care Monroe!

This was my first time taking my Mom to this clinic and I found it online and read the reviews. Most of the reviews were very positive and I took my Mom as a walk-in for a UTI (her primary doctor could not get her seen quickly and suggested going to an urgent care facility). They did not disappoint! Very friendly receptionist and she got my Mom seen right away! The nurse was so nice as well as the Doctor! Addressed the issue quickly and got her the antibiotics that were needed. Totally recommend coming here and I will definitely return in the future. Very efficient and friendly atmosphere too.

The office is very clean, the doctors and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and treat patients with care. The ancillary staff is also polite and professional. I have recommended Carbon Health to family and friends.

I would recommend Urgent Carbon Healthcare in Monroe. They have an amazing team there. the staff was very polite. This facility is very clean.The check in process was quick and easy.. The Dr.was caring and explained everything in detail. I felt very comfortable knowing that I was being taken care of, it was positive experience for me.
