Carbon Health Urgent Care Marlboro - Englishtown

My experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care Marlboro- Englishtown location was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional front desk interaction. I arrived before 12PM as a walk-in and waited for over 45 minutes. During that time several patients were seen before me. I understand that scheduled appointments may take priority; however, there was no clear explanation of the expected wait time or transparency about the process. Patients deserve accurate information so they can make informed decisions about their care and time. When I for clarification, the receptionist, Nisha, responded in a confrontational and argumentative manner rather than addressing the concern professionally. As a returning patient, I had never experienced this level of poor communication before. I hop

I always receive excellent care at Carbon Health , Englishtown. As soon as you enter the receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable. All of the techs are gentle and kind. I needed an xray on my visit the xray tech was also so kind. The best is Dr Victoria , she’s so patient and kind, she listens to all your concerns. All of the doctors are very good. I left with a feeling that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend.

Our whole family uses Carbon Health Urgent Care in Marlboro and we’ve always had an excellent experience. The staff is consistently professional, kind, polite, and genuinely caring. We’ve never had any issues and rarely experience any wait time.The doctors, PAs, and all providers truly take the time to listen to our concerns and make us feel heard and comfortable. Every visit has been a positive experience, and we’re always happy to return. We highly recommend Carbon Health to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

This urgent care is absolutely incredible, from the service to how clean everything is. Everywhere I go, service is declining; No "hi, how are you", or nothing is prompt anymore. The second I walked in the door, I was greeted by the receptionist in such a positive manner, despite being the day before Thanksgiving. She was very sweet and helpful. I even heard her say goodbye & happy thanksgiving to someone walking out. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken to my room. The doctor was very nice and quick as well! Approximately 20 minutes max inside. Excellent job and thank you for restoring some faith in service again. I'll be coming here again but hopefully not anytime soon.
