Carbon Health Urgent Care Lynnwood - Lynnwood Place

It was easy to book an appointment online, the app is decent, easy access to the facility. I was greeted immediately and checked in smoothly. Even with the appt the wait was about 15 minutes to get into an exam room. The staff was great, appreciate the nurse that assisted me and good explanation from Dr Willson. There was a delay after the nurse until the doc came in but the chair was comfortable.

This place didn’t feel like an urgent care in the best way. Hardly any wait, efficient, kind and was able to run my strep test right then and there. The lobby felt like one of those fancy dentists. Absolutely no complaints and loved that the appointment time was actually when I was seen vs getting to an urgent care to still wait 2 hours.

Dr. Saenz was incredibly kind and compassionate while also being approachable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed me, truly listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan we both were happy with. So grateful for his assistance and skill!

Today was my first visit here and I was very impressed. Wait time was almost non existent and staff was courteous, efficient and attentive. Dr. Willson was great. He listened carefully and explained every step! O don’t want to need their services again, but if and when I do, I will definitely return to this facility.

I had an appointment for 345pm, arrive at 335 to check in, I wasn't taken back to a room till 415 for a suspected Strep throat swab, then I was put back in the lobby till 430. Multiple people who came in after me and identified themselves as walk-ins were taken back to rooms BEFORE me. Then, when I was finally taken into an exam room, I was left there for 40 MINUTES before I popped my head out and asked what the eta on the doctor was. The assistant looked at me like a deer caught in headlights. They had obviously forgotten I was in there. And im fairly certain she forgot to run my strep test cause I know those take 10 to 15 minutes to process and wouldn't you know it, I got test results on the carbon app 15 minutes later at 5:25. Which is about when the doctor FINALLY came into the room. L
