Carbon Health Urgent Care Littleton

Best in the Area. I've been to 2 other urgent care locations within 5miles and this one is noticeably better than the others. Making appointments online is easy. Staff is efficient and pleasant. & even if they are tired or busy they're never rude to you. I've never waited long, but def use the app to make your appointment. And was seen fast and wasn't in long. Been in for 2 major allergic reactions this year, more effective treatment options than my Drs office with a faster recovery time. Highly recommend.

I was able to easily make an appointment online. The receptionist and PA who I met with were very helpful and thorough. The PA took time to talk to me and ask questions about the reason I was there. She also asked if there was anything else I needed help with. I didn’t feel at all rushed instead I felt there was genuine concern for my health that day and encouragement to call if I had any other concerns in the coming days. I highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care.

Yesterday I woke up with a bad flare up of my contact dermatitis, and what seemed to be it spreading. I immediately thought to schedule with this office as I’ve always had a good experience and great care, as well the process of scheduling took maybe a minute to make an appointment. Most notably, I really appreciated Emma’s kindness, expertise and solutions for the problems that I was having. I could tell she cares deeply for her patients wellbeing as I saw first hand, and is very knowledgeable with what she does. I noticed results after one day, of my flare up dissipating, and I would definitely recommend this provider.

I’m really happy with my experience at carbon health. All the providers I worked with were extremely calm and supportive, they were understanding and helpful as well. Overall I had a really good experience with this urgent care. I was also able to book an appointment ahead of time and after we got my insurance situated I was called to the back immediately, so there was no long waiting times either, always a plus!

I was pleasantly surprised with the care I received here today. You see "Urgent Care" and think you're going to be sitting there forever and get maybe 5 minutes with the provider. I had no wait time getting to the back and less than 5 minutes to wait for the provider. She never made me feel rushed, in fact it was quite the opposite. She confirmed the concerns I had told the person that checked me in, then did an exam and told me what she saw. She asked and answered all my questions and showed real concern for my health. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing urgent care and will be going back for any future urgent care needs. Thank you for your kindness and care.
