Carbon Health Urgent Care Culver City - Ivy Station

I had a really excellent experience at Carbon Health Care in Culver City. The visit was professional, thorough, straightforward and also very friendly, which helped me feel at ease right away. I felt genuinely heard and supported, and both members of staff were outstanding in the way they listened, explained things, and followed through. The online registration process was clear, fast, and simple to complete, which made everything smooth from start to finish. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for efficient, compassionate care.

I will never be coming back to this facility. While the scheduling may have been easy, that was probably the best part of my experience. The doctor was rushed (even though I was the only patient around in the entire clinic), dismissive to questions, and blatantly lied about my condition. She refused to talk to me when I tried returning (within 5 minutes of leaving) to ask follow up questions and I am pretty sure did my testing swab incorrectly. The front desk team is nice, but the ultimate care you get from the nurses and doctors is sub par. The nurses have an attitude and the doctors don’t care to actually treat you. Save your time and copay and go elsewhere.

What a great place to get same-day care. I came in for an appointment but had to leave and they happily rescheduled me for a later time. Serena greeted me and was informative in helping me resolve my issue. Christine, the PA was also a great help. Overall, this was a quick easy and informative visit.

My 3 year old woke up with red itchy eyes. I was able to make an appt and he was seen immediately. All three staff members were so kind and accommodating to my son. We were in and out within 30 minutes. The physician had great bedside manner for children. A+ all the way around.

They were super fast. They actually listened to my concerns and didn't throw meds at me and tell me to leave. The solution to my issue was quick and I felt very comfortable here! I'm definitely leaning towards them for my urgent concerns and care 😊
