You know how medical offices can be…..you LOVE your providers but the front office staff is horrible? NOT HERE! Phyllis at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Also, it’s easy to get in touch with her after you leave. I had issues with a script and getting my kids info from the app and she was understanding and is genuinely happy to be at work.

Greeted at check-in with good vibes and a smile. listened tentatively as I revealed the reason for an exam. Paperwork was easy to fill out. Wait time acceptable. Escorted . to exam office within five minutes. Vitals were taken by staff nurse. In-house MD or DO. did final exam. Physician asked the right questions. Attending was polite and entative.

Brought my son for a wide variety of symptoms and the entire staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t treat us like another number on a spreadsheet like some offices. The lovely nurse at the desk really made an effort to make sure my boy felt like he was in a safe place and although I hope we don’t have to come back anytime soon, I won’t be going anywhere else.

My daughter was seen for an infected bump on her finger. Every person we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Our family has used this clinic once or twice before and we have had positive experiences every time. It’s so nice to be able to make an appointment online too.

I am always thoroughly pleased with the care received at the Browns Mills location. I have taken my son there multiple times, he usually sees Melanie the Nurse Practitioner. She is so kind, thorough and efficient as well. I recently went into this location due to feeling unwell myself, and met Dr. Mayer for the first time. He took the time to answer my questions and come up with a plan of care that was well explained. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 24 years and I love this place! They do a great job with excellent bedside manner and still manage to get you on your way in a very reasonable amount of time.
