Caraway's Pharmacy

I loved the gift shop but I went in with my son. He was never more than 5 ft away from me. The store front lady Watch us like a hawk, told my son not to touch anything, then followed us around, she then told me that if my son breaks anything I have to pay for it. She made me so mad so we decided to leave as we were leaving. I told her she was rude, she told me I needed to watch my son after leaving. I tried calling to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I drove up there and went to the pharmacy area and asked to speak to a manager. They could not find the manager. They acted like they were bothered by me. Finally, a fill-in pharmacist took my name and number and that’s it folks I will never go back.

Buckle up ppl this is long. TLDR; If you have medically fragile patients in your family I would not choose this pharmacy The positive reviews have to be for the old caraways. Since we lost Mr. Caraway this pharmacy has slowly lost all its small town soul. It is no longer the warm and caring place that always took care of its patrons like family. It is now a cold corp like machine that values making the most money for the prescription and not the health and wellbeing of the person its for. To put it mildly, they have left myself and other members of my family without medication for extended periods of time due to negligence, computer error or whatever It is that started going wrong when they got sold. Best pharmacy ever they are family owned I'm very friendly

Just the nicest “mom and pop” pharmacy. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner unless it’s something out of their control. Even then, they go of their way to fix you up. They also have a wonderful gift shop. To top it off my littles always get a lollipop and my dogs ALWAYS get more treats than anybody else.
