My daughter's doctor prescribed a medication for her and soon after, Capsule contacted me via text to set up my Free Delivery. The delivery was great and very friendly. The packaging comes with a security seal for privacy and label is very discreet. I recommend and look forward to continue using this service.

I’ve been using this awesome pharmacy for years now- customer service is quick and helpful, and every single delivery person is absolutely wonderful- efficient- yet warm, caring, kind and personable. It’s such a nice experience. I feel very cared for from start to finish and that goes a long way with me.

This is the most irresponsible pharmacy. They have cancelled multiple deliveries for random reasons so late that it left me without a way to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and without delivery or pickup options over a weekend. For months they said there was an issue with insurance and charged me full price when actually there was no issue. These guys are so unreliable and irresponsible. We are switching pharmacies..

In town for work and got sick. Too sick to go to a pharmacy to pick anything up. This pharmacy came up on Teladoc, said they could deliver within an hour, so that sounded perfect. Two hours later, I called because I hadn't gotten my link to order. Didn't have my medication in stock, didn't have any deliveries available today. Useless. Lost several hours of time to start feeling better and having to find another pharmacy who can fulfill my order as the end of the day approaches.

Beware!!! Capsule changes your delivery time with no notice. I was left without needed medication and told there was nothing to be done. They let me know at the end of the day, which didn’t give me time to transfer the prescription during working hours. If you need a reliable pharmacy. This is not it.
