Capstone Vital Care

I have had nothing but problems dealing with Capstone Vital Care. The representatives call unnecessarily asking for the same information over and over again. Today a representative called me to schedule my next delivery when in fact I had already received my prescription!! Very confusing to deal with this company when they don’t seem to know what each other are doing !

Capstone provides excellent customer care and service! My home nurse Tammy is awesome as well. I would highly recommend!

I used this company for about a year with home infusion therapy. The nurse they sent was AMAZING. Every other department really needs some work. Due to miscommunications, mismanagements, and not being able to communicate with the same person every time, I had several lapses of care and missed several infusions I need to be able to have a normal and pain free life. Maybe the center is different, but home health infusions would not be the way to go with this company!

Excellent company. Very knowledgeable about their products. Deliveries are always on time and pharmacist are always available to answer any questions you may have.
