Capstone Dental Blacklick

Capstone Dental is by far the best! I have never liked going to the dentist. I never felt like a person, just a number. But at Capstone, from the first moment I walked in the door , everyone treated me like family. Andrea my hygienist was so sweet, explained everything she was doing as she was doing. They have the best technology showing me things going on and explaining it in a way that made sense. Dr. Jana was compassionate, she understood my limitations to my treatment plan and assured me we would work on everything a little at a time; with ZERO pressure. That’s not the experience I’m accustomed to. I highly recommend Capstone Dental and for once am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Jana and her team have been amazing. I have a chronic jaw injury and very limited mouth opening, but they were willing and kind about working with me to get my cavities out, that I had developed during the early stage of my injury. They were very accommodating, patient, and responsive if I signaled that something hurt, and they got the cavities out and filled, even though it was a tight space. Was not having great luck/experiences with other dentists but so glad to finally have the cavities out before they turn into a bigger problem! Also they had a very strong emphasis on ethical business practices, which I won’t go into. But that’s a really important thing to have, and it’s definitely not everywhere so I wanted to highlight it too.

If it weren't for Capstone, I'd probably be toothless. The staff & Dr. Snipes are like family. Every person you come into contact with always acknowledges you. I'm 73 and thanks to Capstone I have all my teeth. I was scared to death of the numbing shots. When Matt, Dr. Snipes injects them, I've never felt any pain. I won't go to another dentist ever again. I actually look forward to my visits 😁

I came to this office specifically for Dr. Jana!! She’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, so I knew she'd take great care of me. She’s incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk you through everything without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. She did amazing work, which I expected, but her whole team has been just as impressive. Every visit I’m met with genuine kindness and professionalism. Jessica at the front desk was super helpful and broke down my insurance info in a way that actually made sense (a rare gift). I’ve also seen a few of the hygienists and had the chance to meet Dr. Snipes. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been consistently kind, patient, and professional. They take the time

First time going to the Blacklick office and I loved it! The girls up front were super friendly and Dr Jana & Melanie were very knowledgeable and gave me good feedback after my cleaning on future preventative maintenance. They’ve also got some new gadgets to be able to show you clear color scans of your teeth so you can see exactly what’s going on inside your mouth! Great for someone like me who asks lots of questions lol.
