Dr. Dahms is an amazing physician. He delivered my 10lbs son at 42 weeks with no issues. He’s so patient and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider. He was with me through every step of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. He didn’t push me into having an induction and conducted non stress tests daily before the delivery. I’m so grateful and fortunate that he was assigned as my provider, 10/10 highly recommended!

Amazing kind and knowledgeable medical staff. Front desk is very kind and accommodating. Riley always greets with a smile and is eager to help! All around great hospitality. Thank you capstone for your amazing work best doctor in the valley!

I saw Dr. Jennifer & she was great. Honestly, she’s the best doctor I have ever seen. She was patient, a good listener, and explained things thoroughly. I also had lab work done and the phlebotomist was also great. The young lady working the front desk, however, is incompetent and rude. As soon as you get your IDs/Insurance Card back, ensure they are yours and not another patient’s cards! Thankfully I realized right away and didn’t just put them back in my wallet. Also, she did not bother to update my insurance card, even though that was my first visit EVER to the clinic. Now, I’m battling the clinic/insurance trying to get them to bill my actual insurance before being sent to collections for their mistake. They have billed the wrong insurance twice, which of course gets denied because i

Nice people, but terrible system. If you need a referral or any kind of specialty service, stay away and save yourself months of calling 3 x a week to ask them to do their jobs. I ended up having to schedule an entirely new appointment with Providence to get a referral (that went through and allowed me to schedule what I needed the next day) and completely bypassed Capstone (Palmer) altogether. I’m really hoping that my case was just a fluke because my experience with them was a tremendous waste of time, energy, and money.

Dr. Dahms, his MA Liz and the staff were always professional to my family and I. Our daughter was delivered by Dr. Dahms and for that my husband and I will be forever grateful especially because of the circumstances. We will always be extremely thankful for Dr. Dahms and his expertise throughout our daughters 1st year of life. We would still be going to him if our schedules were aligned. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Dahms and this office to anyone in need of an Exceptionally Nice Doctor!!!
