I am a relaxed patient with any physician, no exceptions, but the rude (Bossy) endodontist (She was performing endodontic treatment) demanded that I relax my tongue, when I could not because a certain amount of water was not being properly extracted, therefore I was swallowing some of it. Then also when I was trying to shield my right arm from the X rays, the assistant kept demanding (Obviously in a rude tone) something about my chin (I was concerned about the X rays affecting said arm) The assistant initially was polite, but turned rude (Bossy) In any case, they merely reflected and projected themselves during the procedure.

“Dr g” not sure how to pronounce the full name talks to her staff badly. I watched one girl ask her a question and she was so rude to her. If she’s rude to her own staff I can’t imagine how she will be with me going forward as a patient. I’ll be looking elsewhere .

Their website allows you to make an appointment online but their staff do not honor it. Their hours of operation are inaccurate, frequently closing before the listed time both online and sketched on their front door. Staff is aware but do not care enough to change it. Even when they get you in, be prepared to be upsold regardless if your insurance will cover it. Go anywhere else.

I came here for the first time due to the convince of their office location since it's within walking distance & I was satisfied with how fast my appointment went. I was in & out only 30 mins which is awesome. I definitely look forward to coming back here again for future routine check ups & other dental care! The office is clean & never crowded. The receptionist are polite & understanding! It's also worth noting how the office really captures the autumn vibe that extends all throughout Trenton's Downtown it really makes you feel right at home

Incredibly impressed! From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse doing X-rays and the dentist herself. These women turned what can sometimes feel like a terrible experience into a nearly painless and pleasant visit. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for the right dentist office. Check them out first before you waste your $$$$ with some substandard level of care. 10/10 vote from me, they are truly the best of the best!
