Capitol Heights Pharmacy & Liquor

The pharmacy was very rude when I was trying to fill a prescription. They flat out told me they didn’t want my business, & that they “aren’t accepting new clients” for my prescription. Very dismissive & not helpful. I’ve lived in Capitol Hill for 6 years & just moved into congress park looking for an independent pharmacy. I’ll find a better one that’s actually polite.

As a veterinarian I sometimes have to call into pharmacies for pet prescriptions. Often pharmacists dismiss us. This pharmacist was wonderful and spent time double checking the non active ingredients to make sure it was safe for my patient.

I am so grateful to have found this pharmacy. I need hard to obtain scripts. Can't praise them enough This pharmacy is like a mom and pop place who remembers you making sure to have your scripts as needed, the opposite of corporate pharmacies. Personable folks who treat my needs with caring. 👍👍👍

I have absolutely loved discovering this pharmacy as a better option to the plethora of national chains. My experience on the customer service front has been excellent and the entire operation is extremely efficient. I will continue to utilize this store no matter what part of town I may call home in the coming years.

You guys are the best - I have been sidelined with the flu and a high fever, and couldn't shake it. I just called to see if I could get a Flu and Covid test, and you were so helpful immediately. You told me just to come in and you'd see me. And that you did - I got my test, my positive Flu A diagnosis, and was immediately given paperwork and an exam so you could prescribe meds. Within 15 - 20 minutes, I was back at home, in bed, with my Tamiflu. Job well done, team - and THANK YOU! From wine to flu meds, you are the best.
