Capitol Drugs

So upset. My disabled sister ordered her meds and hoped to have them delivered yesterday by 5:30pm closing time, or reasonably thereafter. Courier called her 11:15pm, long after she went to sleep. She told him she was unable to get out of bed to open door. Now, it's almost 3pm, next day, and still no meds. Or knowledge of where they are. Don't know if he took them home. Doesn't seem he returned them to pharmacy. Capitol Drugs did not make her delivery a priority and has given the unfortunate indication of not caring. My sister has been a customer for 20 years!!

The best pharmacy in West Hollywood. I called late one night, hoping someone would stay late, so I could pick my prescription up after hours. They were so accommodating! Can't recommend it enough, take your business away from CVS and bring it here!!

I tried going here for a few months based off some of the other reviews, but I had a very poor experience with their staff and won’t come back. The staff said there was an issue with my copay card and wouldn’t explain to me why the price went up. They were incredibly rude on the phone and actually mocked me for asking questions to try to understand what was going on I ended up asking my doctor to just transfer my prescription to the CVS down the street and I have not had any problems with the copay card since then. I’d like to support a local business, but the pharmacists here were not kind and I would not recommend coming here.

Very helpful staff. Ez parking. Was in and out several times in just a few minutes.
