Pain-free root canal—so glad they saved my tooth! I cannot say enough good things about this office. I went in expecting to have my wisdom tooth extracted, but the dentist took the extra time to perform a root canal and save the tooth instead. That level of care is rare. The procedure was efficient (all in one day), the office was spotless, and the staff was very professional. Best of all, I had zero pain and went straight back to work immediately after. Highly recommended!

I’ve previously left positive reviews for Capitol Dental Associates because I genuinely like this office and have had good experiences in the past. However, I feel it’s only fair to share when something goes wrong too. My son had a scheduled appointment on May 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM, which I confirmed via text, as shown in their reminder message. When we arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, the office was completely closed. We waited until 10:09 AM hoping someone would show up. I even tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. There was no message, email, or phone call letting us know the appointment was canceled or that the office wouldn’t be open. Hands down the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the care and professionalism were unmatched ‼️ The oral surgeon took his time with me I was nervous and shaky, but he talked me through the entire procedure, even cracking jokes to put me at ease. Since day one, he’s been honest and transparent, and you can genuinely tell he cares ❤️ I’ve been to multiple dentist offices around the DMV, and most just prolonged visits without truly solving the problem. I've only been a patient for a short time but I LOVE it here!!! Dr. Stubbs really helps to put u at ease if you're not a fan of dentists & the assistants there are really friendly & make u feel like family. Speaking of family, will be bringing my daughter along too.
