Overall wonderful experience with Capital Center Oral Surgery! I went for my wisdom teeth removal and they were flawless throughout the experience. Recovering has been great and I’ll continue to recommend them for anyone I know who needs oral surgery! Extra shout out to Dr. Courtney who performed my surgery!

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Courtney (concord location). He was professional and friendly, took the time to explain everything throughly to my daughter and I felt very comfortable. Dr. and his team made us felt completely at ease. They were incredibly gentle during our procedure. I had implants done and my daughter had her 4 wisdom's teeth removed. We highly recommend!!!!!!

As filled with "dental anxiety" as I am, my experience with Dr.Verma and Lisa was amazing! She had my tooth out so quickly, I didn't even realize it was out! And, they used my own stem cells to fill the socket! I had no swelling, bruising, or pain. Lisa was a great assistant and I appreciate her calm ways and sense of humor. I highly recommend this practice!

I was over charged for my visit in January. I have called several times regarding a refund only to get no response. I just called again and was informed by Stephanie that their credit card machine has been compromised and they can not issue a refund via that machine and that they were told to STOP issuing refunds via check by the company . There are still many refunds to be issued and can't at this time issue due to the office manager being out of the office and in Texas . I was then told that by Stephanie that she will discuss this it's the office manager when she returns on Monday. Today is March 3, 2026. I will be calling Tuesday March 10, 2026 if I do not receive a response on Monday. If I had not paid attention to the paperwork that I received from my dental insurance I would not have

I gave 3 stars but the office ladies and the assistant that day deserve 5 the dentist I saw deserves ZERO! I saw Michael Courtney on Wednesday to have a tooth pulled. His assistant was AMAZING, he on the other hand was not! When he first came in he was complaining about how his assistant didn't have my gums numb prior to him coming in. You know the q tip with the numbing gel to help with the novacaine shots. She looked so embarrassed and was trying to laugh it off but I could see on her face she was embarrassed. Then he proceeded to give me shots, ok fine but while he was taking my tooth out all he kept talking about was how... if he could go back he NEVER would have been a dentist! Umm excuse me ? He asked his assistant and she didn't say much . Obviously if you don't want to be a dentist
