as a first time parent, navigating medical care options for my little one felt overwhelming. I ultimately went with a practice I had gone to myself as a child, just at the Schenectady location opposed to Guilderland. each time we have a visit here, I’m validated in my decision. we have seen Dr. Margaret Woods, Breanne Lewandowski, and Dr. Norbert Woods, and they are all fantastic. I truly feel heard as a parent, and have the utmost faith and trust in the medical team here- their level of care is evident in each appointment and interactions. I highly recommend this practice, their providers, nurses, and administrative staff- everyone here is stellar, and so very appreciated by myself and my family!

We have been with Community Care Pediatrics Schenectady since the day our son was born, starting with our very first interaction in the hospital. From that moment through every office visit, sick visit, weekend call the care has been nothing short of excellent. Over the 16 years we have been coming here we have seen every doctor in the practice. They always take the time to answer our questions and truly listen. The entire team is consistent, compassionate and professional. We are so grateful for the wonderful care our son has received here and highly recommend this practice to any family.

Doctors are so far so good. The practice itself when it comes to in person is great - efficient check-in & check-out, patient receptionists, and they answer calls nicely and try to help However, when it comes to after-hour calls, it is terrible. Our newborn baby was throwing up and we called. The doctor on call that night said "it can be a lot of things and I can't help you. Just hold the baby until deep sleep and change position if she is fussy" then hanged up on me.

********** 2 stars********** JANUARY 13th - 3:50pm (checked in online btw) Update, “red-headed” receptionist gave me tremendous attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I had a dual appointment for my kids and I don’t know if I looked like someone she hated but she was ready to go that day. Snappy, contorting her face like she was about to fight, trying to be confrontational or tough. It’s upsetting honestly for a number a reasons. Any PARENT is at the clinic to deal with sick kids not some persons poor excuse for professionalism and lack of self control. Updated to 2 stars with that mess I don’t know what I did to her at all, I only seen her one other time at reception and she was not like this. I mean we all have bad days but this was so terrible that I don’t care to have that level

Great practice for the medical care of our little ones. Never had issues getting a same day appointment when sick, or getting answers to questions from a worried mama about something I'm not familiar with. Thankful for this practice!
