I have been bringing all 4 of my children to this practice since 1997, Dr Ford has been our pediatrician the entire time, but has since retired, and boy, has this practice changed, extremely liberal, different color hair people, we saw Dr saperstone today, my god..how rude, and abrupt, even basically throwing things, yelled at me. I've NEVER been treated this way at this practice in 50 years, since I went there as a baby, alls I'm gonna say is that I wish I could give zero stars!! Bradley Ford was smart to get outta there when he did, I'm thanking God that my twins will be 18 in August and will NEVER be returning! I just saw Dr. saperstones, response to my review..you NEED to retire!! Do not base my review on race!!! You are terrible and treated me terrible, and I may report you for HIPP

I’d like to preface my review by saying that my rating does NOT reflect any in-person visits we’ve had. Both of my daughters see Dr. Bracey and she has always been incredible. However, of the three times (over the course of almost three years) that I’ve had to call outside of office hours, I’ve had the incredible misfortune of speaking with Dr. Price. Each time he has been unbelievably condescending, the most recent of which he was more concerned with telling me what DIDN’T cause my daughter to break out in a rash and hives than he was with telling me what to look out for and how to proceed. Once I pointed out to him that I was more worried about what I should be doing about the rash, he copped an even worse attitude and begrudgingly gave me minimal advice, but not before pointing out that

Somehow I decided to read the reviews. I absolutely love this office and Dr.Price has been excellent since meeting him 5 years ago. I have four children and I have always had a great experience. I did read concerns on why some have chosen not to go back and I DO understand. You just need to request who you would or would not like to see. However on a sick appointment you will get who is available. The office staff and nurses are amazing. The office is always clean and they always get us in when needed. So at times it may take forever to get through the phone line. But they may be short staffed or busier than usual that day. Overall I give this office 5stars!

Dr. Shanley is amazing! We are so grateful for her. She is patient, knowledgeable, practical, and listens attentively to all concerns. We are confident that she provides the best care and judgement. The office as a whole does an excellent job. When my son is sick, I am always able to reach a nurse almost immediately to either discuss concerns or schedule an appointment. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and my daughter is 4. I transferred here after a horrible incident at her previous pediatricians (totally different place not related to here at ALL). The details aren’t necessary. I have never felt rushed, and they take my concerns seriously and they are great with my daughter. I’ve called the nurse line for sick appts and they call me back what seems like immediately. Even on the weekend with the on call service. They’re always friendly at the appointment, or on the phone and my daughter is not scared to go. She didn’t even cry at her last shot. We will be coming here until she’s an adult. I do recommend this office.
