If there was a 0 we would put that.They need to train their front desk people how to talk to the patient and how to answer their phone.Cause they just lost 4patients my whole family from their family care because of the front desk mannerless receptionist.We were on the phone for 18mints no one answered,We were 10mints late and she is saying the Dr is having staff meeting and she can’t see my mom.So the stuff comes before the patient.The stuff meeting is more important than seeing your patients who made the appointment 2 months ago.

Hi so the staff here are very nice but the calling to reach anyone sucks called 4 times left a message and no one has called me back still waiting been almost 3 weeks sense my appointment and no one has contacted me about anything. Now it's been over a month and I have not been called back and I'm calling that number and I missed a called and called back twice and no response got to be a better way.

The drs are great. But when calling the office its a joke. Everything is leave a message and you wait and wait for a call back. When I was there the secretary is just sitting there. Geeze listen to the machine and call a person back!!!!

Our family has been with Dr. Lee and this practice for over 25 years. The medical personnel have always been knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and I've never felt rushed. Office staff have been efficient and helpful when needed for scheduling and other needs. I also utilize the online patient portal, as well as the app, and that has made communications regarding appointments, questions, and prescriptions even more efficient. Responses have always been timely and prompt. As with dealing with any good, busy business, when there are minor service issues I've found that communicating clearly, showing patience and courtesy is an effective way to get a resolution.

I love Dr. Fusella but the secretary's and scheduling is awful!! The secretary's are less than friendly and do not budge with scheduling. If a time does not work that is that. I actually had to speak with supervisor because the time the secretary gave me did not work for me. I offered to come in any other day but every day she gave me the same time! it was a mess! I spent more time calling and leaving messages than I do speaking to someone. It is a shame because the doctors are great but the office needs to start taking these complaints seriously.
