Hi. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kristen Martin since I was a baby. She is absolutely amazing! All of the staff are great! They are very welcoming! Not a long wait time! Everyone on the phone is great! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I do have trouble getting prescription refills. I call and leave a message and they never call it into my pharmacy. I have to speak to them directly. They have a line to call for prescription refills but they never get filled unless you talk to someone. Everything else is wonderful! Very accommodating to each individuals needs!

We have been going to this Capital Care for 30 years & they are just amazing !!! Colin always takes the time to talk to us, explain everything & talk about anything preventative also !! Dr. Hunter is also a gem!!! Couldn’t ask for a better place or better drs to take care of us !! The whole staff is top notch !!!!

I've been going to CC Charlton Family Medicine for many years now, first with Dr. Phelps and then with Dr. Hunter. I have always found them to be courteous and professional, never making my appt feel rushed and always willing to take whatever time is needed to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I would also describe their staff as friendly, courteous and professional as well.

Dr. Hunter is a fabulous primary care and Dr. Lacey for my girls is wonderful. They love her and pretend to be her when they are playing doctor. They have never been afraid of going to the doctor because of her.

I am new to this practice, and I am so very happy to have found my way here. Every single person has been warm, welcoming and helpful. My PA, Colin, has been very thorough. He listened to my concerns before ordering tests or making referrals. I am confident that I made a good decision moving to Capital Care Charlton.
