If you value your life or that of your loved ones do not go to this facility. My wife was diagnosed wrong by an emergency room doctor and is now clinging to life at Barnes Jewish hospital in st Louis. She was transferred there on Tuesday after being diagnosed with dehydration and pumped full of fluids that built up in her body and restricted her lungs from expanding and prevented her heart from pumping enough blood to sustain life. Upon transfer the facility only sent partial records that excluded that she had been administered the i.v. fluids. Had I not alerted them to it they would not have known. The doctors at Barnes were puzzled by her condition until I filled them in on everything that was excluded by this facility. If you love life and the people in your life do NOT go to this facil

My daughter carol uehlin was admitted to hospital . Unfortunatly she passed away in icu . She was treated with kindness and everyone tried their best to help her recover. She had an incurable disease. Her passing was quiet peaceful and they respected all her wishes. I cannot express all the gratitude we have for all the icu nurses and doctors at capital regional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You were wonderful and caring for my beloved . It meant the world to us.

I was in the ER nearly 5hours with my son. the ER waiting room was full, as usual. Durning that time NOT 1 person was called to the back. When I expressed concern about my son seeing a Dr asap I was told there were NO beds available in the back. Nearing the 5th hour of wait my son collapsed unconscious, fell out of his wheelchair onto the floor. With my screaming they came with a gurney and took us to the back. I was shocked to see THERE WERE NO PATIENTS BACK THERE! NOT ONE!! EVER BED WAS EMPTY!! We were released 2 hours later and not one other person had been brought back for care while we were back there. The same people were still waiting when we left. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE STAFF; THE HEADS OF THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE REPLACED!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

My mother suffered a bad fall at her home on August 25, 2025. She was taken by ambulance to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO. At Capital Region, she was checked into a room where she received the immediate care she needed from the hospital staff. After a thorough examination and tests, the doctors discovered a tumor the size of a tennis ball and found she was suffering from esophageal cancer. Before arriving at the Medical Center, she had lost a lot of blood, and her already frail and weakened body was unable to maintain and sustain her vital bodily functions. As family members arrived to see her, we experienced the expertise and compassionate nature of the Capital Region staff. In a word, they were AMAZING and greatly helped my mother and all of us who came to see

Dr Bond preformed an emergency appendectomy on me, and I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated in the process. I showed up too the Emergency Room, and was promptly seen. The nurse practitioner and techs listened to my symptoms, and proceeded with the appropriate ct scans and blood work promptly and found the issue. They kept me over night and my night tech a dark hair young lady named Emma was amazing. I wasn’t planning on a stay so didn’t have anything with me, she charged my phone for me and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and take care of. All of the staff was great and went out of their way to explain everything in detail about procedure/after care and never made me feel silly for asking questions. For the circumstances, it was a great experience and I
