The front desk receptionists needs new training!!! My son was not feeling well and was vomiting constantly. When I called to schedule him an appointment to see Dr. Singh, I was told to give him bland food and keep him hydrated. These are things I already know as an adult and I told them he could not keep anything down. It's like they don't care about how children are feeling and it feels as though they are reading off a script instead of actually helping. They sit in front of a computer screen all day doing NOTHING. I've been there several times so I know! They are absolutely the worse! Dr. Singh is a good doctor, but she needs to actually hire staff that cares about the patients and not just tells you something over the phone that things you already know as a parent. Dr. Singh has been seeing my son since he was born 3 years ago. She is typically attentive and has been helpful with caring for him. Her staff, however, is not the best. Whenever I call to try and get a same day sick appointment, I am met with resistance as they read off of the same script of staying on a bland diet. If I'm telling you that my child can't keep anything down, why would you suggest a bland diet and discourage me from seeing the doctor? Because this has happened numerous times, I am now looking into other pediatric offices. I want a staff that actually cares and listens to the parent's concerns.

Tried to get my grandson in and was told she would have to ask doctors if they wanted to accept him before making an appointment, then proceeded to ask 50 questions. They screen who they will and will not see. Guess you have to live on northeast side to be accepted.

Dr. Singh was all three of my kids doctor. I always felt heard and attended to with any concerns I had with my kids. Highly recommend her and Dr. Hugger!

Not only is Dr. Singh is an amazing human being and doctor but so is Dr. Hugger, who we see when she is on call. As a mother of a child with exceptional needs, I could not make it without the incredible assistance from the nurses and staff. I have no words to express our gratitude for their care, respect, support, grace, patience... I could go on and on. They have signs throughout, as most doctors do, to keep your cell phone off during the visit, which is totally understandable. It is their office! Other signs explain procedures. We are so blessed that they are part of our lives. We truly could not do this without their support. We are for ever grateful. It takes a special kind of person to deal with our family and you go beyond the call of duty. The Lord bless you and keep you all. May H
