This office staff and Dr. Alto are excellent. Heather in front office is friendly and helpful. The tooth had pull was not painful. I did not need pain medication afterwards. I was awake most time and recovered fast after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alto and Heather the front office staff and the dental hygienist assisting in the procedure. Highly recommend them. I'm seeing Dr. Alto for dental implants, and I've found him to be very professional and kind. He's definitely put me at ease through this whole process, and did a good job extracting one of my busted molars. I also saw Dr. Powell for some extractions, and he did a great job extracting two of my wisdom teeth and a cracked molar. The staff has been excellent, and Jennifer and Skylar did a great job handling my insurance. Overall, top-tier experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the moment we contacted the office to make an appointment. As soon as we stepped in the office, Jenn and Skylar gave us the friendliest of service and gave us prompt service. My young friend was in a lot of pain and they promptly took care of it. Dr Powell was very compassionate and took care of my young friend, giving him relief and taking into account my young friend's circumstances Dr Powell and Jenn were very sympathetic and compassionate and demonstrated kindness in a very practical way. I would recommend Capital Oral & Maxillofacial not only for their professionalism and excellence in customer service, but also for their kind manner in treating my young friend. Dr Powell, Jenn and Skylar are THE BEST!!!

Super happy to have them so close! The staff (Jenn and Skylar are the sweetest) and surgeons are super kind and do their best to accommodate you and your insurance. Keep in mind they(like most dentist) don’t do planned payments so balances are due day of appointment, so make sure your insurance is sorted out. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness, environment (people and office), and the fast times here. Look forward to seeing y’all next time :)

The process from start to finish was a great experience at this office. Jenn and Skylar were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had before and after my appointment. The doctor (Dr. Phelps) was very knowledgeable in explaining the situation I have going on with my wisdom teeth and what steps were recommended to fix the problem. There was no pressure whatsoever and even though I felt nervous walking into this appointment, I was made to feel comfortable with all staff involved. Thank you!
