I have nothing but respect and positive things to say about this facility. The staff here is more than willing to go above and beyond to assist in whatever way they can and the Director of Nursing, Jamie, is just such an impressive leader. I've met very few nursing staffs quite like the people here. This is a difficult business to navigate with so many critics, but we cannot forget to raise the people up who truly deserve it. Capital Oaks staff most definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Capital Oaks!

They are so careless with they patients! My aunt were there less than a week! Coming from the Lady of the lake with just having neck surgery! They are so careless with others health care , they transferred her to a doctors appointment in a wheelchair in the back of a transportation van strapped down! Think 🤔 about what that would do to someone with a broke neck in the back of the van gone up and down and she couldn’t talk loud due to surgery and then they wonder why she went unresponsive after they came back from the doctors appointment in back of a van no telling how many times she went in and out why they sitting at the front with they head looking forward. My aunt die after being there for a few days! If you loved your family don’t send them there! Like the last review said they are so

I am a resident and its not a bad place really. Just like any other Nursing home, it has its ups and downs. Most of the staff are nice and friendly but, there are a few that are just mean! The place is kept clean. New leadership. If only they wouldn't lie or make better decisions. 😢
